(INDIANAPOLIS) The 2nd Annual O'Reilly Auto Parts Midwest 4-Wheel Jamboree Nationals Presented by Toyo Tires returned to the Illinois State Fairgrounds in Springfield, Illinois on Saturday, June 28 and Sunday, June 29, 2008. Competition was held at the event among seven top Monster Trucks, the Mickey Thompson Tires Tough Trucks® Challenge, Comp Cams NMRO Mud Drags presented by TCI Automotive, in professionally-judged Show N' Shine competitive classes, Mud
Bogs, and in the Mickey Thompson Tires Burnout competition.

Hall Brothers Racing's Geremie Dishman driving Rammuntion and Mark Hall driving Raminator came away from the Midwest 4-Wheel Jamboree tied for the lead in 2008 Monster Truck Thunder Drags® points. Dishman won the first round of competition, beating John Seasock in Batman. George Balhan driving Monster Mutt won the second round over Batman. Jim Koehler in Avenger again thrilled the crowd during Saturday's freestyle competition. After a huge wheelie, he bounced onto his side and then managed to bounce back onto all-four wheels to CONTINUE the run for a short distance. Koehler received a standing ovation for the thrilling freestyle, but engine damage kept him out of action for the second day of the Jamboree. Footage of the rollover is online here in the 4-Wheel Jamboree Nationals Media Gallery.
