Cruise Rules:

Bonnier Events is committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable cruise experience at our events. Our cruises are intended to be a showcase of the vehicles at the event, as such vehicles not in keeping with the theme of the event will not be permitted to cruise, this includes but is not limited to generic vehicles, golf carts, side x sides, and any commercially branded vehicle not a sponsor of the event.  The maximum cruise speed is 15 MPH. Any participant speeding, doing burnouts, driving recklessly, rolling coal, or engaging in unsafe cruising will also be subject to immediate expulsion. THERE WILL BE ZERO TOLERANCE for any behavior that endangers the well-being of our participants or spectators. All cruise participants are subject to the laws and regulations of both the State in which the event takes place and the facility. You must be a licensed and insured driver to participate in the cruise. Bonnier Events reserves the right to deny any vehicle participation in the Cruise route based on the appropriateness of the vehicle relative to the nature of the event, concerns of driver impairment, the safety of the vehicle, or violation of event rules, governing laws, or facility regulations. Furthermore, anyone encouraging people to break the rules will also be subject to immediate expulsion.

Vehicles should be street legal and insured. Please be prepared to show proof of insurance if requested. You can register a SxS or non-street legal vehicle if you want to trailer it to the fairgrounds and park it inside the show for display purposes. You will not be permitted to drive it in the Cruise for liability reasons. Golf Carts can be registered, however, as mentioned, they cannot be driven on the Cruise Route. If you have any questions, please email us at ParticipantRegistration@BonnierCorp.com

All participants must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license to register and drive a vehicle into the show. If a participant is under 18, with a valid driver’s license, a parent or legal guardian must sign a Parental Release Form at the Registration area PRIOR to entering the show. The minor will also need to sign a release and present their valid driver’s license.  In order to race in the Mud Bogs, the driver must be 18 years of age by the Friday the show begins.

Participant Reserved Vehicle Parking Space:

In 2021, we rolled out the ability for participants to reserve their own personal vehicle spaces inside the show grounds, eliminating the need to arrive early to stake out spots.  We will be continuing with this program this year.  We are currently working on the map for this year.  More information will be emailed at a later date, to all registered participants so assure you complete your General Participant Registration as soon as possible. If you purchase space(s), Bonnier Events will assure that the space(s) that you purchase is reserved and marked for you exclusively.  In addition to us marking your spot, you can also bring your own rope, chairs, tents etc. and leave them in your spot(s) all weekend.

Participants who do NOT choose to purchase a spot, can park in any unmarked spot starting on Thursday, July 7th after Registration opens. You can rope off those spots (starting NO earlier than Thursday), but you must occupy the area each day of the show by 10:00am or your items will be removed.  Anyone who ropes off a spot or leaves any items on grounds prior to Thursday, July 7th at 12:00pm, will have their items taken down and can retrieve them at the show office.

Pick-up of Registration Credentials:

In order to pick up your Registration credentials, the person who is registered must show their valid, un-expired Driver’s License at the Registration pick-up area at each event.
