Hellwig Releases New Silent Support System
Hellwig Suspension Products has released its new Silent Support System.

Hellwig Suspension Products has released its new Silent Support System–a polyurethane bushing upgrade that eliminates noise associated with metal-to-metal contact for a smooth and silent ride. The Silent Support System was first showcased at SEMA, where we got an up-close look at the product.

The new trademarked Silent Support System acts as a barrier between surfaces to reduce metal-to-metal contact noise that is common with aftermarket helper springs and typically results in unwanted metallic harmonics. The Silent Support System bushing provides a silent ride and will come standard on Hellwig Product’s Silent Support System Helper Springs line.

Helper springs are an additional set of springs used in conjunction with the main springs in a suspension system. They are designed to provide additional support and stability to the main springs, especially when the vehicle carries heavy loads or tows heavy trailers.

The Silent Support System is the polyurethane bushing seen in the picture between the main leaf spring and helper springs.

This is a great new product, and changes in the Hellwig lineup are set to make even more users happier at the end of the day. Hellwig is focused on ensuring that your vehicle's ride is comfortable when extra weight is added, whether you are towing or overlanding.

Hellwig Products are made in the USA and are covered by a limited lifetime warranty on all steel parts. For more information, visit their website.
