Cody Allen won the Young Guns competition at the 2018 Bloomsburg 4-Wheel Jamboree.
Part of Allen's prize is an expense-paid trip to the 2018 SEMA Show in Las Vegas this November to compete against other young builders in the national Battle of the Builders competition.

Q: Tell us about the build and list the core customizations:
A: Non VGT turbo swap, mildly built motor and trans, full interior, custom sound system, 4 link front suspension, full custom paint match and lighting
Q: Any interesting stories behind the build?
A: I watched the SEMA Young Guns competition as part of the 2017 Bloomsburg 4x4 Jamboree. I didn't compete, but I was amazed at the competition and the opportunity that it could provide to a young builder. 3 days after the show last year, I bought my current truck and built it for the sole purpose of coming to this year's show and competing to win the SEMA young guns competition.
Q: How did it feel when you were announced as the winning Young Gun?
A: Breathtaking. There was so much great competition but I put in 110% effort to make sure my truck was on point that day. I can't even describe the joy and excitement I felt - it just brought me to tears.
